Decision Required: Whether to take a position.
This variance is in Ward 3 and CM Eldridge will propose a position regarding this request.

3. Discussion – Shade Structures – Gast Park

The Staff has included a memorandum with some additional information.
4. Town Park Stage Update
Decision Required: Whether to go out to bid.
The Mayor asked the Town Administrator to provide some updates to the original design. The Town Administrator will present this item.
5. Amending the Mayor and Council Police Take Home Policy
Decision Required: Whether to amend.
The Chief of Police and Town Administrator have prepared the noted amendments regarding to the existing policy.
6. Budget Adjustment – Land Acquisition
Decision Required: Whether to grant.
The Mayor and Council authorized the purchase of property on Beecher Street at the October Worksession and now that settlement has occurred
7. Grant Request – Cheverly Community Market
Decision Required: Whether to grant.
The Community Market has submitted the attached grant request for consideration.
